We were so impressed with Berkshires Untold – a thoughtfully renovated 1970s lodge turned seriously cool boutique hotel destination in Lenox, MA. If Lenox isn’t already on your spring/summer trip list, it should be. Creative, calming, a little country, a little chic – we loved it! Safe to say, we’ll be back (often).

The Vibe
From the moment we stepped into the airy Library Lounge + Club Room, we knew. Leather couches, cozy chairs, a huge fireplace, and shelves packed with books, games, and quirky finds—it’s the kind of place you instantly want to settle into.
The Club Room (bar + dining space) is just as inviting, with big windows, craft cocktails, and plenty of spots to settle in. Grab a drink, stay for dinner, or take it outside to the fire pits—there’s a cozy corner for every mood.

Chic, comfy, and just the right amount of Gatsby energy. Fun details, and yes… a very solid PJ photoshoot backdrop.

Berkshires Untold offers a bunch of special experiences & packages like the Berkshires Reset (check them all out, so good!).
Their elevated S’mores experience? Elite. Easily the best we’ve had – perfect ratios, zero mess, no “lost marshmallow in the fire” situations (a personal win). You can enjoy them fireside or bring the magic inside. No notes.
Breakfast, But Make It Easy
Lenox has plenty of great breakfast spots, but if you’re not ready to leave the comfort of Berkshires Untold (understandable!), stay put and go for the Petit Breakfast. Coffee, cozy seating, slow morning – it was the move for us!

While You’re There…
One must: Norman Rockwell Museum. It’s such a special spot, and you can book discounted passes through the hotel.
Our take: Mr. Rockwell is so iconic and really was a wizard at capturing social happenings in the most eye-pleasing way! 10/10 recommend checking out this museum!
