Adirondack Store & Gallery
This store made us stop in our tracks when we first walked in! The Adirondack Store (a rustic lake & lodge lifestyle brand established in 1955 in Lake Placid, NY) is an eye feast! We wanted to go straight home and redecorate everything to Adirondack vibes.
They also have a great coffee bar (Tall Pine Bar) in the corner of the store, so grab your elevated organic latte and enjoy shopping/browsing!
The Glass House Design Store
Having visited The Glass House (you can grab a shuttle from the Design Store to check it out – sooo worth doing!) – we knew the Design Store would be a treat. Every single thing that they sell (for every price point) is beautifully designed. Specially sourced from around the world, you’ll find modern objects for the kitchen, office, and home. Nice things heaven!
AND, all proceeds go towards the preservation of the historic site. Everyone wins!
Manfredi Jewels
Find something extremely special in Manfredi Jewels. Manfredi is a family-owned and operated jewelry store with locations in Greenwich and New Canaan. They’re an official Rolex, Tudor, and Hermes brand watch jeweler, and carry stunning jewelry brands like Pomellato, Messika, Buccellati, and Roberto Coin. Expect a luxury experience!

Elm Restaurant
Make sure you take a break for lunch!
Our friend Laura Budd (New Canaan Chamber of Commerce) brought us to Elm Restaurant for a meal we’ll not soon forget! The food and cocktails are bonkers good. We tried the cheddar pull-apart rolls, Tuna tartare, smoked Trout dip, and OMG the onion rings tower! And it was nice to meet Chef Luke Venner!
Consider The Cook
Who doesn’t love a kitchen store? This shop is dedicated to the fine art of entertaining with special consideration for the cook. We spotted dinnerware & serving pieces from England and Italy, plus elegant serving utensils, glassware, and linens. They also have a lot of really cute holiday items right now!
Cookbooks and serving bowls always make fab gifts!
Egia Day Spa
Treat yourself or somebody you love to a time-out! Egia (all organic) Day Spa offers a customized experience for each client, and specializes in prenatal treatments. They even have a special massage table with a cut-out for the belly! The spa is located within a Victorian home beautifully restored to the soothing wellness space it is today.
New Canaan Music
Maybe now is the time to pick up a new instrument! New Canaan Music is an authorized Martin Guitar, Taylor, Fender, G&L, Yamaha, Epiphone, and Eastman dealer. They also offer music lessons at their shop 6 days a week in all instruments, as well as voice. Their pricing is the same as online retailers and big box stores, only they offer incredible customer service too!
New Canaan Music would definitely get a part in a Hallmark movie!
Pennyweights
Pennyweights is a bright and welcoming store with the largest selection of sterling silver jewelry in CT! Celebrating their 43rd year in New Canaan, they have something to please customers from ages 8 – 80. Prepare for a fantastic selection of fashion jewelry at great prices.
