Terra Ristorante Italiano offers a Northern Italian menu and the most ridiculously fresh craft cocktails. Located within Hotel Zero Degrees (where we were visiting), the restaurant is open to guests as well as the public.
Having spent the previous evening enjoying Terra’s wonderful bar scene, we knew that we’d be in for a chic and tasty brunch. We decided that one last cocktail and a light breakfast had to be consumed, for the sake of the blog.

Brunch, our favorite meal of the day – besides breakfast, lunch, dinner, and high tea.
Terra has a modern Italian rustic vibe going on! We loved the community table (below) and the jars of Limoncello brewing in the background.
Brunch cocktails are the best cocktails!
Bloody Mary and Lavender Palmer
By the glass or bottomless Bloody Marys. So good!
This perfect little cocktail consisted of Ice Tea, lavender lemonade, and Ketel One Citron. So fresh!
Decisions, decisions…
There were some brunch-specific items to choose from on the menu, as well as Terra’s regular menu of apps, wood-fired pizza, and entrees. We decided to keep it traditional and opt for a couple of eggy dishes.
Check out all their menu offerings here.
Croque Madame – Proscuitto, Fontina, stone ground mustard and fried egg.
Wood oven roasted eggs in purgatory (we had to order just to see what this was!). Parmesan cheese, fresh tomato sauce, and grilled flatbread.
We had such a lovely, relaxing time at Terra. Nodding our heads up and down to the upbeat music being played, and in agreeance with the yummy flavors in our mouths!
Pretty soon, when the weather gets nicer (any day now), Terra will be opening their outdoor area. The restaurant will have additional seats outside with its own bar and kitchen. Can’t wait!
