- Exercise – take 10-minute walks, try a new workout or a hula hoop!
- Create – paint, write in a journal, make homemade pizzas, plant flower bulbs!
- Nurture your spirit – escape to your room, light a candle, read, stretch, take a bath, or take a 10-minute nap.
