We love health food stores, how about you?! If you live in the Ridgefield area, you should know about Nature’s Temptations, a fantastic natural food market, juice bar, cafe & deli! We stopped by last week to grab some yummy things for lunch and enjoy a smoothie & bowl in their cafe.

It’s always nice to take a break during grocery shopping, don’t you think?
At the café, we grabbed a dragon fruit bowl (so pretty!) and a Green Goddess smoothie.
Replenished, we could carry on grabbing our dinner essentials like Icelandic mineral water and tempura battered dill pickles (to name just 2 things 😆).
