Ready to get in your strongest, leanest, flexible-ist shape possible? Pilates is the way! No matter your shape, size, or ability, Jennifer is excited to welcome you to one of her Luxe Body group reformer classes (you can also book individual classes or share a session with a friend). 

The studio is stunning, and so is Jennifer, but don’t be intimidated! Ok, we were for 1 millisecond before Jennifer gave us a warm welcome and showed us the ropes! Jen’s expert guidance and exceptional instruction (it’s those micro adjustments!) comes from dedicated training and a strong foundation in STOTT Pilates.

Jen decided to open the studio and welcome the community to share her love of pilates when she and her husband bought a home on Bantam Lake and noticed there were no reformer classes nearby. 

We loved our session and can’t wait to go back! Who’s trying it?!
