Founded by Susan in 2019, New Insights began as a small metaphysical boutique and has grown into something much bigger – a Spiritual Wellness Center & Boutique where curiosity, connection and personal growth all have a place.
You’ll find a thoughtfully curated collection of crystals, spiritual tools, gifts and one-of-a-kind treasures, but shopping is only part of the experience.

Come for the crystals, stay for the vibes
The shop itself feels more like a peaceful retreat than a traditional retail space. Crystals shimmer, waterfalls provide a soothing soundtrack, and beautiful layered displays invite you to take your time rather than rush from one thing to the next.
Much of that aesthetic comes from Susan’s daughter, Samantha, whose artistic eye has helped shape New Insights from the beginning. Instead of rows of traditional retail displays, she creates little vignettes that encourage you to wander, look closer and maybe discover something you didn’t even know you were looking for.
Unlocking a little clarity…
We sat down with Kristin for a Tarot reading, and her compassionate, lighthearted approach made the experience feel equal parts insightful and fun. Whether you’re looking for general life guidance or clarity around a specific question, Kristin brings a thoughtful perspective to the cards. We were left with plenty to ponder!
…and bringing in some good energy
We also had the chance to experience a heart-centered healing session with Cindy, who absolutely radiates warmth and kindness. From the moment we settled in, her calming presence made it easy to relax, breathe and simply be. A beautiful reminder to slow down and make a little space for yourself. 💫
About the building…
Okay, this is where things get really interesting.
New Insights is located in a historic building that was once a thriving hotel – and, according to local lore, also housed a “happy brothel” in the early 1900s. Susan told us that several practitioners at New Insights have picked up on the energy of the building’s colorful past, and there have even been sightings of a spirit or two by those with a particularly keen eye.
