1754 House Inn, Restaurant + Tavern (Woodbury) now has a beautiful new event space to add to its title! We always love visiting – especially this time of year. The holiday vibe is awesome!

Go for lunch or dinner (such a fab menu). It’s a great place to grab cocktails and apps with a friend (check out the more casual Tavern downstairs – and live music coming in December). Quick getaway or a surprise gift – book a weekend away here! The rooms are all beautifully updated with modern touches.

Meet Michael Bates Walsh

Chef Michael Bates Walsh, with the assistance of David (DJ) DeMarco (Chef de Cuisine) and Cara McArdle (Inn Manager), opened 1754 House in March 2020. It’s been a lifelong dream, and since they opened, they’ve upgraded everything including adding a lot more parking and modernizing all areas while maintaining the olde vibes. We drive by often and have seen the transformation!

Dine

The restaurant offers small & sharing plates, customizable charcuterie boards, soups, sandwiches, and substantial plates, plus, heavenly desserts. We say “yummmm” a lot when we eat here.

Downstairs to the Tavern
